Refund policy

(Beauty Care Products & Electrical Devices)

1. Right of Return

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund, in accordance with standard consumer practices.

2. Beauty Care Products (Cosmetics, Oils, Hair Care, etc.)

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty care products:

❌ Are NOT eligible for return or refund if:

  • the product has been opened

  • the safety seal has been broken

  • the product has been used, even partially

✅ Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

  • the product is new

  • unopened

  • in its original, intact packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Electrical & Electronic Beauty Devices

Electrical beauty devices (e.g., electric brushes, trimmers, heated tools, beauty gadgets) may be returned under the following conditions:

✅ Accepted if:

  • the return request is made within 14 days

  • the device is unused

  • returned in its original packaging

  • includes all accessories

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

❌ Not accepted if:

  • the device has been used

  • the device is damaged due to misuse

  • the device is returned without original packaging or accessories

4. Defective Products or Order Errors

If a product is:

  • defective upon arrival

  • damaged during shipping

  • incorrectly shipped

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards
